Terms of Service

1. Who we are
SkitCards is a service of FEM EQUIP ANDORRA, SLU (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in the Principality of Andorra under tax registration number (NRT) L-711101-J, with its registered office at Avinguda Fiter i Rossell, 4 B, Edifici Centre de Negoci, Planta 0, Despatx 7, AD700 Escaldes-Engordany, Principality of Andorra. We operate this website, which lets you create AI-generated animated greeting cards. By accessing the site or buying a card, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a card. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Authentication is handled by our sign-in provider; keep your credentials confidential.
3. The service
You choose a template, upload your own photos, and we use AI to generate a short animated video card that you can download and share via a link. Each card is a one-time digital purchase that includes a set number of images and generations; additional generations may be bought in packs. Because cards are AI-generated, exact output varies and cannot be guaranteed to match a specific expectation.
4. Your content & licence
You are responsible for the photos and text you upload. You confirm you have the right to use them, that they do not infringe anyone else’s rights, and that they do not break the law. You retain ownership of the photos you upload. To provide the service, you grant us a limited licence to process, transform, and store your uploads solely to generate and deliver your card. The finished card is licensed to you for personal and gift use.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SkitCards to create or share content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that impersonates or depicts a person without their consent. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its generation limits. We may decline, remove, or refuse to deliver any generation that breaches this section, and may suspend accounts that do so.
6. Payments
Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes before you pay, and are charged when you buy a card or a generation pack. Orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller for the purchase: your payment details are handled by Paddle and are never stored by us, and Paddle’s own terms apply to the payment itself. Your invoice will show Paddle. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Right of withdrawal
Where you are a consumer with a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase, you normally have 14 days to do so. Because a card is digital content supplied immediately, you expressly request that we begin supplying it as soon as you start generating, and you acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal once generation has begun. Until you start generating, the right is unaffected and we will refund you in full. Our Refund Policy goes further than this in practice.
8. Availability & changes
We aim to keep the service available but provide it “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the card or pack the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of the Principality of Andorra, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
