1. Who we are

SkitCards is a service of FEM EQUIP ANDORRA, SLU, a company registered in the Principality of Andorra under tax registration number (NRT) L-711101-J, with its registered office at Avinguda Fiter i Rossell, 4 B, Edifici Centre de Negoci, Planta 0, Despatx 7, AD700 Escaldes-Engordany, Principality of Andorra.

FEM EQUIP ANDORRA, SLU is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at the address above or by email at support@skitcards.com.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account data — your name and email, via our authentication provider.
• Content you upload — the photos and text you add to a card.
• Order data — what you bought and when (payment card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us).
• Technical data — device, browser, and usage information used to run and secure the service.

3. How we use it

We use your data to generate and deliver your cards, process payments, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal bases

Where applicable law requires it — including Andorran data protection law and, where it applies to you, the GDPR — we rely on: performance of our contract with you (to create your card and process your order), our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the service and prevent abuse), your consent (for optional analytics), and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Service providers

We share data with the providers that make SkitCards work, only as needed:

• Vercel — hosting, and private storage for your uploads and cards.
• Neon — our database.
• Clerk — sign-in and account management.
• Paddle — payment processing, as merchant of record.
• Kling AI — generates your card’s images and video from the photos you upload.
• Suno — generates music, where you ask for it.
• Sentry and PostHog — error monitoring and product analytics.

Your uploaded photos are sent to our AI providers solely to produce your card, and are not used by us to train models. Some of these providers process data outside the Principality of Andorra and the EEA; where required we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, for those transfers.

6. Storage & retention

Your uploads and generated cards are stored privately and served only through authenticated, time-limited links. An unpaid draft you have stopped working on is deleted automatically after 7 days. Cards you have paid for are kept while your account is active so you can download them again, and are deleted when you delete your account or ask us to remove them. We keep order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is generally several years, even after your account is closed. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email us. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your current draft and any referral. We may use limited analytics cookies to understand how the site is used; these are only set where consent is required and given.

9. Children

SkitCards is not directed at children and is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
